It's a pretty rad program. I'm living in Columbia Missouri, and we're getting some nice improvements. Notably, we get bike-parking on the street now in addition to on the sidewalks, in the form of a bike-rack in a would be car-parking space. Can't wait to see where the rest of the money goes!
