UPS Bike Deliveries
OK, this looks like UPS is using bikes to deliver packages. I lived on one of the
mentioned bases when I was a kid and many adults got around by bike but that was years ago. Maybe if people see the UPS delivering packages by bike they'll get a clue and decide they can bike too.
