Pedicabs hit Philly!

Pedicabs are here! The city is doing a test-run over the summer and will then make a decision about whether or not the cabs will stay. For now, the routes and the hours of operation are restricted to "prevent congestion." Currently there are 3 pedicab companies open for business. Hey, it's a start!

ETA: This may not be 100% appropriate for the living car-free forum, but I figured it was close enough, as for some, these pedicabs could replace reliance on a regular cab.
