Some think I'm crazy.

One of the reasons of not affording the expense and comfort of a car, is I am a student pilot and I'm older, 49 to be exact, but I look 30 because of the bike riding. I want to fly airplanes and make money doing it, so budget wise the car has to go.

Some of my co-workers think I am mad as well. I've known some people who cannot comprehend how I manage to ride in the rain.

I've decided that it's because bicyclists are washable, but motorists melt in the rain.

Ok, so you haven't aged for the past 19 years ?. What's the secret ?. It must be something more then just riding a bicycle...I'd say forget about flying airplanes and instead start a busines making people look younger, you'll make lots of money. People will pay big money for a chance to get a drink from the fountain of youth.

He didn't say he hadn't aged in 19 years. He said he's 49 but looks 30. Big difference! Why don't you give this guy a break? He obviously is just sharing his enthusiasm, not trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Way to go, putting down bicycling on a bike forum.
