Brevet cyclometer suggestions - laundry list of features

I am trying to dial in my cyclometer choice for PBP.
Here are my 'wants':
up to 90 hour elapsed time
up to 760 miles trip dist
NO auto power down, or the ability to disable auto power down (I want elapsed time to continue while I nap or chill at a control)
wireless
usb chargeable
ability to upload date
and a big 'wish', altimeter
(Note I am trying to stay away from a GPS unit, and I have no smartphone)

Can you suggest something?

I have had very good luck with various generations of Sigma cycle computers. I've never bought anything fancy enough to have an altimiter because I have a GPS. The Sigma's that I have used have all been wired because I keep hearing about people with wireless computers having problems. Battery life is on the order of months. They just keep recording your stats until you reset them so it'll record all of PBP and whatever else you want to do. They definitely keep recording to 999 miles and possibly to 9999 before rolling over. The ones I have had have had a stopwatch that I have never used, but that potentially achieves you elapsed time goal. The most recent one I had supposedly can upload data though with a GPS I've never had reason to do that.

This is like what I've been using:
SIGMA SPORT BC 12.12 Bike Computer - Wireless - REI.com

Here's a model that has an altimiter:
SIGMA SPORT ROX 6.0 Bike Computer - Wireless - REI.com

Unless the cycle-confuser is VERY accurate, by the time you get to 760-miles, you'll have wanted to reset the trip distance to only show the distance since the last control.

There are these things called watches that will keep track of the elapsed time.
However, my buddy uses the stop-watch function to keep track of the elapsed time -- seems redundant to me.

No altimeter ever gives an accurate climbing est. for the route.
And most are tied to barametric pressure measurements --> if the pressure changes during the ride, the altimeter readings can become VERY silly.

I started using a computer back in '85, and when I got rid of it, that was a big improvement. I went bare for a couple of years and then got a gps. My GPS is really nice, but I rarely look at distances. I keep it on the cue sheet page and occasionally check the time. If I go to PBP, I'm going to take it

I once had a cyclocomputer that had four functions, and i understood all four. Life was good.

Successive cyclocomputers have all had more functions, and I never understand them all. In fact I rarely understand as many as four functions any more.

Since I've had a smartphone, I haven't bought batteries for any of my cyclocomputers. If the batteries die, I remove them. My recommendation is you get a smart phone.
