What tires for All City Space Horse ?

This summer I got back into cycling after an over 20 yr layoff. I wanted a bike that can do it all. So....I bought the space horse. Now...feeling the need for a gravel dedicated bike....I bought one of those. No more gravel grinding on the space horse. I would like to take the newer clement x'plor ush tires off the space horse and put an easy rolling, flat resistant, long distance, smooth riding tire on. What tires do you guys like in the 700 x 32 or 700 x 35 size ?

I use the Panaracer Ribmo on my Salsa Casseroll, which is quite similar to the Space Horse.

I've been fantasizing about a Space Horse with GB Cypres (700x32) tires as of late.

All City Space Horse stock build came with WTB Freedom Ryder 700 X 35.

    It doesn't exist in the wild. They're only available in 700 X 38 and 700 X 32.
