Anyone racing the Shenandoah Mountain 100 in Virginia on Labor Day weekend?

I'm planning on racing it, my goal being to finish, not to podium. My training schedule consists of about this:

Every-ish weekend: 70-80 mile road ride
Every-ish Wednesday: 40-50 mile MTB ride

Other days will be about 20 mile MTB or 40 mile road. I'm thinking I'll also do a full century on the road about 4 weeks prior to the event date, just to see where I stand. I'm wondering if I should be bothering with any really long (60+ mi) MTB rides...
