There is a mountain bike outfit on St. John that organizes moutain bike rides. Unfortunately we didn't do any biking when my wife and I honeymooned there. We did see one guy on a pretty nice bike riding around the island. Lots of hills but narrow roads on St. John and St. Thomas, did get to St. Croix.
