Voler bibs
I just wanted to ask you guys about the new Voler bibs. I went for a 35 mile today with the NEW Avanti bibs with the ION SL pad and I couldn't even feel them. So far they are the best I've had. The new straps stretched to fit me very nicely. I didn't use any bag balm and didn't have any problems with chaffing. It was only 60 degrees though. The only problem I had, is that they are kind of short. While riding they work up my thigh a little over an inch and that puts them about mid thigh. I have long and skinny legs. I think I may get better support with a longer leg, for longer rides.
I got home and put the Avanti bibs on to see how far up my leg they went and they stayed where I had them, when I started my short ride.
I thought I may get more support with the longer leg fit, but I really don't know.
Anyhow I wonder which way I should go. Any replies will be appreciated, thanks.

The Ion SL pad is the best I've used, by far. Basically I buy whichever Voler bib with an Ion pad is on sale. I find the leg length just fine, and they wear well, too.
