Here locally, there are a couple of websites that list all the local charitry rides. The larger bike shops will have upcoming events on their websites, as will the more active local bike clubs. Google around and see what you can find.
Here locally, there are only a half-dozen charity rides that are actually 100-mile routes, most are metric centuries of 62.5 miles or so. And nearly all of them have shorter options. (By "charity ride", I mean the ones where you pay your $30 and go ride, not the ones where you have to raise $2,000 or something.)
I believe the larger local bike club in this area also has periodic century rides for members. You'd have to make sure their riding speed matched your abilities on one of those, though.
