Good, reasonably small Battery Charging Device

I am looking for a Battery Charging Device no bigger than an iPhone to carry in my top tube bag to recharge my Garmin, my light, and my iPhone. I bought a cheap round device at Walmart before a 400K last Saturday, but I would like something that fits a little bit better in my bag. Does anyone know what is the best device? As long as it isn't outrageous, I'm not too concerned about price. Thanks.

I have been using this battery for 6 months and have not had a problem. It is small, has a built in circuit to detect that needed amperage output, and I have been happy with it. Anker 2nd Gen Astro 6400mAh External Battery
Let me know if you have any specific question.
