I bought myself a starter 'Felt' bike in July after deciding to set myself the challenge or ironman for my 40th... I have discovered that I need to work on my hill climbs.

I am a PhD student and ultra endurance enthusiast.

I am recruiting ultra endurance cyclists/triathletes (who are planning to complete an ultra race in 2014), to take part in a survey and food diary based study. In return you will receive a nutritional analysis report indicating potential nutritional inadequacies.
