Did the extended warmup for the upcoming TT - an hour and five minutes for a three mile race. Total ride time was 1:31, TSS 115, IF .87, 925 kj. I think I'd do better with the shorter one I've done before, 43 minutes all told (or is it tolled?). I'm talking to my coach in the morning, I'll bring it up then.
It may be a moot point - my wife is getting so upset due to the upcoming job loss that marital harmony might require not racing, or at least not all three stages. She thinks I should stop riding entirely, and spend every waking second looking for work. The TT is the first to go if I have to cut out something, since it's late on Saturday and would require me staying in town for several hours just hanging around.
