1 hour in the Cold Garage aboard the Look/Blackburn at 0525 this morning. I did a pace effort for 30 minutes and 3 five minute moderate power intervals, the last minute of the last one saw me elevate the power to just under 200 watts. I also did a sprint, and some high cadence drills. This followed a day off, which was a day filled with sitting around at work, trying NOT to eat the treats there (I failed), and watching the abysmal weather. I felt a little like a portly slug this morning (the scale said 139, so I AM a portly slug), but I did finally shake the cobwebs out and move a little.
