That's awesome! Way to go. I'm on a similar track and biking has been the key. Finally found something I can do for extended periods without feeling like crap.

Don't know why but I am FAT this week. Not happy about it, but not stressing too much -- yet.

Same with me. I do some bigger miles over the weekend, hardly eat, and I gain weight?

Happens to me a lot. On a really heavy week I might put on some pounds when riding only to see it fall off a couple of days down the line. Just goes to show we should look at trends and averages, not individual data points.

Having said that, 197 again today. No movement this week, but still four pounds down on what I weighed four weeks ago. I'll take that and keep going.

Bigger miles this weekend for me. "I don't eat ice cream often, but when I do, I prefer it with bananas"

6'2" 225 lbs. 3 weeks ago, haven't been on a scale since I started riding on a regular basis but will do that next week. I'm hoping to see a couple pounds less.

143.3...fattyfatfatfat

Started a no-processed foods eating plan for 30 days...we eat pretty clean, mostly, but occasionally I have a some tortilla chips, or M&Ms, or soy milk ice cream (cue oxymoron). My goal is to eat foods made of 1 or 2 ingredients only. For...a long time.

AJ, eat one of those for me.

A'Jet, Great pic and I love the ice cream. Since I am focusing on track and doing way too much supporting my wife's track racing, I will step on the scale tomorrow and report. Here is my projected weight.

Wonder how much my gall bladder weighs? Might just be the ten spot I'm looking for.

It depends on what you had for dinner right before it's removed. Take that banana split, for instance. It could well be that ten pounds you need to loose!

Pigs are very like us. Even taste the same, apparently. "Long pig" was what some cannibal tribes called human flesh, wasn't it? "Long pig". I should have chosen it as my BF name...
