Are you trying to catch Quinn8it? The recent pics I saw of you at elite track, you looked very studley.

I don't believe it.

Staying under 150 lbs consistently the past couple of months for the first time in way too many years (148 lbs this week). Not sure if the gluten-free diet is part of it but it definitely isn't hurting. Still not at climbing weight but getting closer rather than further.

I resemble that although the ride I did with AZT last fall did me good. Learnt a lot and am down a couple stone from that time. Still could stand to lose another.

Me too. Need to drop another 15 lbs. to get to ~10% body fat. Don't know how much farther it would be healthy to go.

Gender biased. I'm at 19% BMI and that's rock bottom. So, where did this extra six pounds come from?

Muscle is heavier than fat, and some of the former has replaced some of the latter?

Lost 20 this season, down to 175 and dropping steadily at a 2lb per week rate.

That's what I tell myself. I have been eating a lot of protein. Good thing I'm stronger, or I'd never get "all this" up a hill!

Hit 169.0 on the bathroom scale 2pm. This may be all the further I go for now. Next season will be better. Have set several PR's the past month.

I'm one of those people that have tried to gain weight most of my life - for years I was 5'2" and 95lbs.

I'm really not sure what weight I should be shooting for. Currently, most family and friends are telling me that I look better than I ever have at 110 lbs due to gaining.

Any pointers on this kind of situation in regards to cycling weight?

I hear you . I am 5'8" , 125lbs . I have no fear of hills but flat with heavy headwinds will kill me in a second .

@YogaKat - Your weight is fine where it is. Concentrate on everything else.

I'm dang glad to hear that. I did not want to have to lose weight after finally gaining it.
