NorCal Early Bird Crit Series

The Early Bird Criterium Series starts tomorrow. http://www.ncnca.org/ncncaevent/earl...ing-series-1-0

This series is a great way to learn how to race and improve skills. There are races and training sessions.

Hi,

And I thought our first race on January 13th was too early! I'm skipping the opening SoCal race in Ontario, CA, which is next week.

I'm working today and I'm tied up next weekend. I was planning on doing one or two of those races/training sessions, but once again, life is in the way...

They are offered every year and we encourage prospective racers to attend the clinics BEFORE racing their first criterium or road race or attend a similar clinic put on by various coaches here in NorCal.

Cleave, these are primarily training sessions for new racers to prepare them for racing but many attend to sharpen skills.

Tomorrow is cornering. A great way to learn how to corner solo and in groups.
