Crap Jack! Hope the healing goes quickly. Plates and screws!, you are hanging out at the right place, there's been a lot of plates and screws here this year. I have not done any cross races so far this year. I spent most of the season focused on track and the National Senior Games. They started a 55+ race in the cross series and the average field is 15-20 which includes Rudy Sorka, so the races have been for 2nd.

Thanks Bill. Yea, I heard about the 55+ class and chip timing too?
I just hope to be good to do some fat biking in the snow this winter.
Good luck with your training.
