Trek 3900 Serial Number and question on brakes
i can't locate the serial number on my frame? or is it even on the frame? please help. where and what should i be lookingn for?
also, the front brakes are rubbing against the tire making a small yet annoying rubbing sound, the guys i bought it from our a local chain and well known.....they told me "it'll go away w/ some wear" is this true or should i be taking it back and telling them to check something out?
if you can't tell i don't know much about bikes, so any and all help is appericated.

S/N Look under the B/B (Bottom Bracket) Flip the bike over and look. One other place to look is on your receipt. If you did buy it from local bike shop.
Take the bike back they will fix minor problems with your new bike. If your bike came with brand new disc brakes they do rub a bit.
