SRAM x4 rear derailleur is acting up. Help please?
I wanted to research this and figure it out myself but I don't even know what the piece is called to search for.
There is a screw (not the limit screws) on the back of the derailleur that adjust how far the derailleur is away from the hanger. The plastic screw insert broke when my bike unfortunately tipped over and now I'm wondering if there's a way to fix this or if the whole derailleur really needs replaced?
I tried to get good pictures, any help would be appreciated, and I still have the screw.

The b-screw. If it were me I'd just go ahead and break the other side off and find a bolt that will fit through the hole and a couple of nuts to hold and adjust it.
basically that
