Help selecting frame size...

I've been researching full suspension Freeride bikes and have decided on a Cannondale Gemini 2000. The problem I have is that none of the CD dealers around here will keep them in stock and treat them as special orders so I have no way of even sitting on one before I buy it. I'm trying to figure out whether to get a med. or large frame. I spoke with 2 different CD dealers and got 2 different answers. I've had a 19" RockHopper recently and was comfortable on that bike. I'm 6 ft. tall and weigh 210. Any help or suggestions?

According to here https://www.cannondale.com/bikes/05/geo-2.html large size is about 19" (D). Also, If you still have your Rockhopper, measure your reach from the seatpost to the handlebars horizontally. Then subtract 62.5 cm (24.6") (shown as C in frame geometry) from the reach you just measured to find the stem length you need. While ordering the bike, you should be able to custimize the stem length according to the figures you found. This should give you not exactly the same but a close height, and reach to your rockhopper.

Looks like a large with about a 3.5" stem will work fine. Thanx for the help.
