Rock Shox Carbon FSX - keep or trash?
I disassembled this thing like two years ago. The elastomers crumbled. I wrapped it in a t shirt and it's been sitting on the workbench. It's heading for the garbage unless you all tell me to do something with it.

I know very little about rebuilding shocks. If yo do end up trashing it, I will gladly send you a few $ plus shipping so I can get some experience seeing how it goes together.

you never know -- if you throw it up on ebay, it may be just the thing for someone building up a mid 90's vintage high end build

Not really surprising, very high end forks BITD, if you have a retrobike enthusiast, they will be either re-build-able, or serve as a source of spares of hard/impossible to find parts. I sold my RS Mag 21 forks a few years back, and did pretty well out of it.
As long as it isn't broken, most old/obsolete bike parts have value to someone,
