MUni edition includes BAD fall with injury report. (was almost impaled on sharp tree branch sticking out of the ground like a stake!) Plus a cool new trick I learned, seen at the end. Was scary doing it because of the risk of injury, and I've sure had my share of late!

DANG! I'm an ex helicopter pilot and thought I can walk and chew gum. That is absolutely amazing! Very fortunate fall. I had a bad fall on a 26" MTB and impaled myself on the end of the handlebars from about 7 to 10 feet in the air right below my sternum. This guy was major lucky! I tore a 3 inch hole through my abdominal wall / muscles included, shattered my sternum and was lucky it did not result in a cardiac problem, ruptured liver and / or spleen, etc. A few hours of surgery to repair it. Disappointed the Dr's used polyester to reinforce the area instead of carbon fiber. Hey just wanting to go with the lightest and toughest material.

This guy is impressive for sure!
