You know the one, You only make it up sometimes,when no one is looking.
You always go foot down 3/4's the way up when a rider is behind you and that's called the crawl of shame...
It's bad karma to make another rider stop because your a wimp.

I found a cure that works for me.

I yell out, "Get After It!" or growl like an old dog, I get meaner as I near the top.

You can do 20 times more than you think If you can just beat your own mind into submission...

Actually I've used this yelling technique occasionally even when running up steep hills. It does help. It also helps to listen to bands like Pantera, After the Burial or Meshuggah on the climbs, trust me this helps a lot. Try Obzen or Lethargica. Monster level.
