Ok if you do. promise me you will wear a full face and shin guards! Also, using a kicker at the top is now going to increase your hieght atleast another foot. An 8 foot gap is also pritty big. I honestly dont know. I dont think I would have the balls to do it on a hardtail. On a softail on the other hand, with the camera rolling and my friends begging me to do it I probably would. If you make it, you will be the hapiest guy alive, if you hurt yourself, remember I warned you.

Don't worry about using a kicker, just hit it fast and lift as you take off. Lean back and enjoy the ride.

And as you sore over the tranny be sure you have the wheels under you It makes for good footage when that happens.

No seriously I realllllllyyyyy wanna jump it. I have 2.1 tires on right now so that will kinda hurt for landing, and I want to try and have my rims live a little longer so that's where the new tires come in.

Hmmmmm...fullface? Don't have one. Shin guards: A MUST! Im hoping that I will not case the back tire upon landing since Im now saying screw it to the kicker idea.

Madbiker, this isnt a joke or insult or anything, but wouldn't your mom flip out if she saw you doing that? I know that mine would, especially if i came back injured or with a wounded bike.

If you are afraid to do it, why don't you use a Huffy? Those ZOOM forks should absorb everything without dampening! But seriously, my friend did a 5 foot huck on a huffy and the stem thing poped out and both of the breaks fell off, but that was a year ago and he still rides it!
