they are KHS' house brand parts - take that for what it's worth.
i've got a set of take-off wheels on my Trek with PowerTools hubs, and i've been satisfied with them. but i got the complete (disc) wheelset for less than $50 brand new, so it's not like i was expecting a lot.
for beater/trainer/spare wheels, i think they're just fine.
but as soon as my wallet recovers from buying my new Bianchi, i'm gonna get a new wheelset for the Trek...

I have a 20mm P.T. front hub. I bought it for 10$. It has held up well for the last 3 years and has taken alot of abuse. For the price they are a decent hub.
