db response
i really like the db response and the guy at my lbs said it was an agressive bike so i was wonderind if if could handle 3 ft jumps/drops, i dont care about the components i could upgrade later, but how would the frame do.

The Response is sold as a trail bike and not an all-mountain or Freeride bike. Depending on how heavy you are will depend on how many drops it can take. It also depends on how smooth a rider you are. The components are just OK, the frame is decent but it may not be built for constant drops. If you hit 3+ footers a lot then look for something built for that type of riding. If you hit the drops occasionally then it should work for you.

Send me a link of the bike I wanna see it. I can't find it on google or anything. And I think it should be able to take 3 foot drops, cause I have taken 5 feet on my Sport Mart bike hundreds of times. But now its dead!

Don't bother getting a crappy bike. Wait and Save. Get a bike that's got better components and suits you the best.

After taking half an hour to look at Diamondback bikes on their website, I've come to a conclusion : Diamondback bikes don't know how to make a good bike. The only bike I liked was the Assault for 06.
