Ti Frame Identification

Hey guys.
I was wondering if you could help me identify this frame and it's brand. All I have are some crappy pictures.
Happy holidays!

Is it a Redline?
Headtube down tube brace looks the same.

Although it could be one of these from XACD.
Spanner Bikes | George?s titanium XC 29?er hardtail from XACD

Thanks. I bought the bike and will put up more pics in hopes of identifying it.

It's not a redline but it would be pretty cool if it was one of those custom builds.
