Carbon Epic

I got a look at a prototype carbon epic. If your a xc guy it looks like a sweet ride.My friend that has the bike said it would be out in '06.I should have had my camera.

I'm not sure, he's running the Cane Creek ti wheels but he said the maxxis tires were real heavy.

No! I was really disappointed, my bike had to have the whole brake system replaced under warranty, and the shop led me to believe it'd be done by Saturday, giving me time to make it for the Sunday race.

The only catch, the shop was closed on Saturday. Big time stinkage. Got some serious road miles in instead, but missed what looked to be a sweet race.

How was the course, how'd you guys do?

I didn't race but the boy got 7th out of 13,not to bad.He was racing older kids in the SERC.The course was great.
