question about fork conversion
Hi guys, I bought a carbon fork for my trek Marlin 6.
at the last moment I realized I need a crown race but there are hundreds of different ones out there. Can you guys tell me how I go about choosing the right crown race for the new fork?
thanks.
Please let me know what information I need to provide as Ive never done this before - the trek marlin 6 page simply says it has a "semi-intergrated headset" ???

Crown races are specific to the headset (at least to the brand. Some brands use the same for different models). I would suggest pulling the one of the old fork and using it on the new one.
If you don't have the old fork anymore, see if the headset has any brand information on it. Or take the bike to a shop.
