MTN Bikes in Cargo Case

I just got the Performance Cargo Case, and was putting my mtn bike into it. It says remove the disc rotors, so i removed the front ones (which were avids) but the back was just the stock one that came w/ the bike. the front ones used a torx and the back just an alan wrench. so i was removing the back rotor when i stripped one of the bolts pissed me off a lot. so now i cant take the back rotor off, unless i want to dremel off the bolt head, (which i dont feel like doing) so my question is, does anyone use the performance cargo case w/ a mtn bike and leave their rotors on?

Use the dremel, or a file, to cut a notch across the head of the bolt and then use a standard screwdriver to remove the bolt. If it's tight you may need to use a punch and a hammer along one side to bust it loose.

If that fails he can cut the head off flush with the rotor and use a Vice Grip to remove the stud when he removes the disc
