Is this (used) MTB frame worth $99.00?

Here's a link, check it out for me:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

As he says, the crank is not included. Thanks for your opinions.

$99? Sure... I think it would be a good buy at that.

But this is eBay... don't expect it to still be sitting at $99 in 4 days when the auction ends.

I wouldn't consider a Rockhopper frame to be "freeride" either, as the owner has indicated.

That looks like a nice frame for the price!

edit: Be sure to check out the frame before you buy, though. If the owner really does think it's a freeride frame, it might be FUBAR.

Not too bad, for sure. Still, for another 50 bucks you can pick up a similar quality no name frame that is brand new. Something to consider anyway.

Unless a frame is pretty "Exotic", they're not worth much....

Looks OK, but nothing to write home about.
