Online is one place. Or locate a spy shop near you. Do a search for things like "helmet camera" or "lipstick camera". Here's a really nice setup.

look for Viosport, helmetcamera.com, helmetcam.com and the one khuon posted. They all are good cameras ( I have not used the jonescam but the specs are like that of the other two). You will need a recording device as well though

I shopped forever and finally decided on Xtreme Recall. Spec for spec there really was a difference.
