trading in old marzocchi for which new one?
I have an old Z2 I am sending back to Marzocchi for a reduced price on a new fork. I don't care about the price I only am constrained by the travel limits of my frame design. I would be looking at the 80 to 100 mm range. I ride strictly singletrack. If I come across an area that allows a jump, I usually try to jump. these are not jumps over a foot though, and jumping is very low on my priority. If you are familiar with Marzocchis product line and would like to chime in please feel free. Thanks

I would say try and get their MX Comp. If you want a little more durability then get the coil, if you want lighter weight then get the air. They are 105mm travel but it should still work for you with out to much differance with the handling of the bike. You could also get the ETA version if you wanted lockout but with that little travel and you are used to not having it there realy is no need.
I should ask, do you have a standard qr or the 20mm qr? That would change things.

I live in Kansas City. I actually have been thinking about the race but I bet I'll go with the Mx coil. I am afraid I don't know what a qr is. I am sure it is blatently obvious but right now I can't think.

What difference would you notice between a 100mm and 120mm MX Comp. I'm about to buy one of them! Is it worth saving nearly 50quid and go for the 105mm coil or is the ETA 120mm much better? They don't do a 120mm coil only unfortunatley.
