This is just one of many wrecks this last weekend over in Bend...
Other than that it was a great weekend of riding.
Roffle, That was funny, Ive watched it a few times, remembering back when I did almost the same thing on my friends GT, didnt even scratch the bike, but scratched me the hell up!
Keep at it gonesh, lol
Good thing you're not one of those guys who believe a helmet "cramps their style". Aviators say that "Any landing you can walk away from is a good one." Does the same apply to mountain biking?Originally Posted by gonesh9
i did that when i got my first mountain bike ever, i think i was like 9, i didn't get the concept of front brakes, so i was flying down the sidewalk in front of my house and i slammed on the front brakes, endo and did a face plant into the welcoming concrete, lets say i learned quickly not to do that, i have yet to that on a trail, but eventually **** happens, so i'm waiting
It's a good thing when some one gets their crsh on vid lmao but it did look like a stinger
Two words for ya, weight back You would have rolled right through it if you had your weight farther back and lower. Looks like a fun time though. wish we had more trails like that around here.
LOL my friend did that today in a similar looking part of the trail. Im kinda tired too - Ive been riding long rides every night since wednesday. I also fell twice today. I was going down a steep rocky part where the rock is quite slick. My bike slid out from under me, and my ass hit a rock. I also slid out of a corner and ended up tangled in my bike.
Rides: 06 Demo8 II, Yeti DJ
Pin it baby!
i did something like that just alot faster, if you back is sore get it checked out cause i bent kinda that way and i crushed a vertebre.
2005 norco aline
