Iron Horse Quantum

Any one have this particular bike? I saw it on Sportsmart and they are selling it for $299 on sale. The original price is $499.

here are some of the details,

Aluminum Frame
Hayes IH2 Disc brakes ( front and back)
Truvativ XFLOW Power Crank
Shimano Shifter
Rear Der. Acera 8 spd.
Front Der Shimano ?
IRC Mythos Tires
WTB seats
Manitou SIX Fork

Is this worth buying ? it looks like the Warrior Comp but has different components. im no pro I just want a bike to around town and maybe go to some trails near my area.

I recently bought an Ironhorse comp disc. I am pretty happy with it for the price. I am upgrading alot of it but I was impressed with the components in the price range. I think it would be great for the way you want to ride and I don't know if you'd find anything better at that price.

Thanks nobnerb.... any one else have any opinion. By the way this was emailed to me by their CS.

The quantum is a special make up bike for some stores so we do not put it on
our website. It is a trail bike, It is in between a Maverick and a Warrior.
the manuals are not model specific. I have attached a document that gives an
over view of the bike.
Thanks,
Tom B.

Its a lower end bike, the fork is not so great. I had a 6 and snapped the arch about 3 months into riding...
