The sign at the bottom of the stairs says "No horse play" but it doesnt say no bikes. This is a VERY VERY VERY huge structure. It covers 45 acres and is very very tall, the stairs only go up 2/3 of the way after that there is a fine stone walk way to the top. I think the thing is ridable. The stones are packed by heavy machines to give a tile like texture. Under this pile is remnants of a circa 1940s explosive plant with decaying TNT, DNT and uranium(I think). It was on the Superfund list for the cleanup. The sign does say no leaving the walk way. Is it a Ride or No Ride.

Ride it, but something tells me that you should have a friend or loved one ready to bail you out. Just in case you don't have someone to bail you out, then carry a couple of molochkov cocktails or some napalm to create a getaway diversion.

Looks like a pretty easy ride. Only danger will be that little jail thing.

Wow, that's impressive.

Ride it if it interests you. It looks rather bland to me.

Insurance.

Their #1 concern here is probably insurance. The sign clearly tells you you shouldn't be fooling around. So if they sue you, the lawyers can point the sign as proof that you were warned that the structure was not "safe" for doing tricks or whatever.
