Haro bikes are decent, as are Konas. I prefer Konas but generally it's up to the price to decide which is better at the point. Can you give us the make which you want to purchase? The frame strength depends on the intended usage of the bike.

i want a freeride bike, so which one is better? i think i will buy stinky, but if HARO bike is better and cheaper, then i may buy a HARO freeride bike

My Haro has been a good bike for what I like to ride.Rough trails and some jumps and drops(6' max). It has held up well for about 3 years now.Kona makes some great freeride bikes. If I were going big a lot I would look at Kona. It's not often you find cheaper and better in the same bike.
