I enjoy a nice cup of black coffee most mornings.

Sometimes, when I'm riding my mountain bike for a long time my lower back gets sore.

I'm faster than a lot of you, but slower than a great number of you, and can bunny hop higher than you - but not you.

It sure is hot here in NC today.

My dog's name is Bear, he's half Rotty and half Chow.

I work in front of a computer all day, and sometimes I get a headache.

Lance x 7!

My friend is a Fireman.

I once got two flats on back to back rides, that sucked.

Swimming is fun, especially after a long ride.

SRAM makes good chains.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

My bottom bracket is lower on my hardtail than on my full suspension.

I eat honey nut cheerios for breakfast.

I like riding my bike, but it hurts sometimes.

Beans give me gas.

NASA spent millions of dollars developing a pen that would work in zero-gravity. Do you know what the Russians did?.... Used a pencil.

The Russians also ended up with conductive graphite dust in all of their electronics
