Info on 2006 Demo8 II

The 2006 catalogue arrived at the shop today and I was drooling all over it.

The 06 Demo 8s come in the I or II model. The II (The Pro model) comes with a Fox40 RC2, DHX 5.0 (custom tuned for spesh), Avid Juicy 7s, X.0 Microcage RD, Holzfeller cranks w/ External BB, X.0 shifter (i think), Mavic EX721 rims, Specialized hubs.

The Demo8 I(Baseline) comes with lesser components; X.9, Marzocchi 888VF, Fox DHX 4.0, 521s, Juicy5s etc.

Ill take pictures tomorrow. They are scheduled to be available in October '05, and the Demo8 IIs are limited production. They recommend placing an order before 10/15/05 to ensure availability.

Whats that frame cost again hahahaha....

Another good note, the bighit is now dual 26". Its biggest weakness was always the 24" rear wheel and now it is like a big bike. Good times

Still 3300 for the Demo 9 Frame, and 2800 for the Demo 8 Frame. I would be looking into somthing cheaper if I wasnt eligible for EP.
