Preload adjuster knob stuck?

I was adjusting the preload on my marzocchi mz comps and turned them fully counter clockwise and no i did not over tighten it. I took it out for a spin and decided i would adjust them again. I have two preload knobs one one each stanchion. I noticed that I can only spin the right knob to adjust the preload, i tried spinning the left knob and it doesnt spin at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Will my fork still be completely functional (travel wise) even though i only have one knob working?

the one on the left is not pre load adjust only the right, the one on the left could be to fill it up with air. There is possiblu a valve under the cap of the left one.

Hate to bust your bubble, but MZ Comps have no preload.

They sometimes get stuck because they suck. I know, I had to deal with one in the past. You just have to force it back into the adjusting range... its stuck at one of the extremes of its limits.
