No experience with that one but seems that at least you'll have to remove the QR completelly in order to remove the tire and looks flimsy.
I use an A2Z adapter in order to run a larger rotor on the rear and works fine. Also the company is good to deal with.

Hmmm, adding a rear disc really won't add too much overall stopping power. Bicycling magazine states that 70% of your stopping power comes from your front, so
a) the rear isn't a large part of your stopping power
and
b) it's easy to lock up the rear anyway with V's
So if you have to add this fairly expensive adapter it really doesn't seem worth it to me.

the rear always get lock up.even with cheappppppppppp v's haha ~
