new bike! proud owner of a rockhopper

hi! i just got my bike, i worked hard during the summer to replace my lovely and small sized gary fisher (main reason of the change due to im a tall rider). my new specialized rockhopper (base model) feels great, its huge and that's something i like, im happy then.

Good choice, they are great bikes and will last you a long time. I have an older RockHopper and will be upgradding to an 06 Rockhopper Comp when they come out. Have fun!

Hey igno-mtb just how tall are you? Because i am around 6'1 (1.80 mts) and i am thinking of buying a Bruiser 1 that's size 16.5. What size is your new Rockhopper? Is the Bruiser 1 too small for me? All your opinions are welcome!

Thanks!
