Air shock adjustment

OK, just got a chance to ride my new fork, it's a Manitou Black Super Air with lockout. Felt real good but I don't know the slightest thing about adjusting it or even what I am looking for. I weigh about 200 lb., ride some fairly agressive trails on a hardtail. Can someone offer some advice on getting the most out of this fork? Like howmuch air and what about the rebound?

Thanks,
Big Jim
