so i went to take me brake pads off to put the new ones in, but i cant see how to get them off. the guy in the shop said just turn the pin and pull, but ive turned the pin and nothing is moving...
i have a shimano mech disc brake
can sombody help please...

Im sure shimano has a manual online somewhere in pdf format, everyone else does.....but then again that would be too easy for the customers wouldnt it shimano???
