Go outside of Bontrager for cranks, Compared to other Cranks, the bontragers are wet noodles.

If you want to know what you have, measure your crank arm from the center of the crank bolt to the center of the pedal bolt.

wait so does it matter if lets say i have a 170mm and put a 175 mm on?

No, that's the crankarm's length. It'll just feel different.

I recently purchased the Shimano Deore LX M580 Hollowtech II 175mm Crank/Bottom Bracket set at Performance Bike for $129.95

I am amazed with the smoothness and rigidity. It has a solid one piece feel about it.

Perhaps someone else can comment about the durabilty.

I also have the Bontrager Select ISIS on my 2005 GF Tassajara and it's fine but if I were looking for a replacement I'd look at the external bearing cranks from Shimano or Race Face
