Just a few pics from todays ride. First one, after over a week off the bike. Spent at sea level visiting the family. Eating a ton of good food, and not doing anything remotely resembling riding or running. Today hurt, after that.

At work tonight, and tomorrow night. Up early tomorrow to at least get a quick road spin in before work.
And then two days to hit the dirt again after that!

Photo credits to myself, and my buddy Ty Mer. Leaves are not quite to the red stage yet. The bones? Remains of a big cat mealtime. One gratuitous bike shot.

Damn, how high up in the tree were those bones?

Finding skeletal remains on the trail is always bonus for any ride.
