I'm setting up MTB's for my sons 10 & 12 and need info on determining bar width.

Is it relative to them physically, body ratios etc.. are there any limits minimum width etc, also use of barends with kids. I know on their road bikes from when they were younger we reached a point where control became an issue.

All advice welcome especially anyone working with junior riders/racers.
