Avid bb7 disk brake making a lot of noise

Anyone have this problem? My front doesnt make any noise but the rear squeeks all the time, i adjust it all the time but it never goes away, if the squeek does go away the brakes dont work at all, you guys think my rim is bent or something? It squeeks more if i lean left or turn left. the squeeking is very annoying.

Are you sure any kind of oil didn't go near the rotor or pads?

your brakes adjusters or the red knobs have to be equally adjusted on each side.
