List of trails?
I was hoping this would be in a sticky on this forum.
Does anyone know of a good list of trails either nationally (USA) or in Virginia? I'm in Virginia Beach right now, and I'm looking for some trails to ride. I normally ride on the road (main bike is an old fixed gear conversion) but I'm looking to try a bit of off-road riding, and I'm not really sure where to go.

Try this site. When you ride leave a review. I've tried to add trails but that doesn't seem to work.

www.EVMA.org is great site for eastern Va. www.cyclingcentralva. org is a great one for central Va. and www.MTBR.com is a great one for the whole country. you will be pleasantly surpised at the quality of the trails here in Va. that are maintained by EVMA and RAMORE as well as the others

The closest thing to VA-Beach any good for trail riding is Newport News.
Newport News:
1. Harwood Mills - on Old Denbiegh Blvd
2. Behind RiverSide Hospital, across from Mariners Museum, has some trails that are re-opened after being restricted for many years.
Williamsburg: Waller Mill “dogwood trail” - take the camp perry exit
There are several trails near the college
York River State Park: a few trails that are very good!

If you go you are in for some fun, and an 8 mile track. Take a map so you can switch it up. There are alternate routes and trails that link.
